I'm a northwoods girl at heart, but have a significant soft spot for travel. I think in prose, write both short and long fiction, and occasionally scribble poetry that never leaves the pages of my notebook. Post-it notes breed on my desk, and photos have already taken over my hard drive. I love languages of all kinds; I speak two fluently, am trying to learn a third in my spare time (ha), and collect phrases for "cheers" in as many as possible (current total: 12). Salud!

I have been writing fanfic for years and years, but only started posting more recently — thanks to Rthstewart, who was both instigator and inspiration. I may be a sporadic poster but I am a voracious reader and have a backlog of material to edit and plot bunnies to corral, so I plan to be around for a while.
