Not really an update
Aug. 21st, 2018 06:19 pmI just logged in to post a writing-related update, mainly to keep myself on task, and DW asked me if I wanted to restore my saved draft titled “so much stupid”. Clearly, I had started venting to the void in the middle of a particularly trying workday and repented of the impulse... but didn’t repent *quite* enough to delete the griping.
Now, with clearer head, I have deleted the draft. Although now I’d like to write a story with that title. But the temptation to let it devolve into thinly-veiled ranting about work would be too much, so I will probably refrain.
In actual writing-related not-news, I am about 1/3 of the way done with Remix, which is probably where I was the last time I updated. My idea for NFE has coalesced from a vague mist to a dense fog but has yet to take shape.
How many weeks until stories are due? Not enough! So, naturally, I just signed up for Crossovering. I think signups end tomorrow, so hurry over and come play!
EDIT: the second I posted, I saw an update — Crossovering signups are extended through 8/26 at 11:59pm Pacific Time!
